Air Race X
A distributed aviation competition platform — real pilots, real aircraft, racing from different locations around the world
When the Red Bull Air Race championship ended, its pilots came together to create an alternative — a competition where pilots fly their real aircraft from their home locations and compete through a shared technology platform. I built the platform: from pilot registration and flight data submission, through the scoring and fairness algorithms, to the live results published at the Tokyo-Shibuya event.
